The hotel has not kept the rugs, chairs, door locks to the patio (no air conditioning in hotel) in good condition. Everything looked shabby. The pillows and bed linens were cheap. Very surprised about this hotel since, in the past, it had good recommendations. I guess all it has is location.

Our location was perfect right next to the "Spanish Steps" and premier shopping/restaurant areas! The best part of the stay was the staff with recommendations, directions, and genuine friendliness and appreciation for our visit!

Excellent location, well appointed and nicely decorated room. Friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint is that the hall carpets should be shampooed.

Location was very good for our purpose of going to the Vatican. Price seemed high for the size of the room. The WiFi worked well in the room. Friendly staff and the restuarant next door, towards the Spanish Stairs, was very good.

Price seemed high for the size of the room, especially after comparing it to the other hotels we ended up staying at on the remainder of our trip.

This was our second visit to the hotel. We enjoyed it so much the first time we decided to come back with our daughters for an Easter break. The staff were really friendly and helpful taking the time to mark places on maps and tell us the best way to get there. They also recommended places to eat which also turned out to be perfect. The breakfast was good with a varied selection of hot and cold food. Our daughters really enjoyed their visit and all of us agreed it will be our hotel of choice when we return again to Rome.

Everything was perfect

A very lovely welcome when compared to the hotel we stayed for the previous 4 nights. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in and the room we were provided will never be forgotten. Thank you.

The television set up was not tourist-friendly as should be.

The people that work there were so helpful with any questions. Location was perfect. Walking distance to most things and close to the transit. The rooms were very comfortable, clean. We would stay there again without a doubt.

A very well located hotel with a very helpful and pleasant staff who went out of their way to oblige. The staff are available with information regarding location of sights,obtaining taxis etc. The hotel is very good value for money.

Very good Hotel! Confortable and new room, recently reformed, classic style, very good location, the brakfast was a litle bit poor, but the lady at the brakfast room was so simpatica! very helpfull!

The breakfast could improve. Not well attended and empty bread baskets and used plates lying about. If you choose to have breakfast 10 am their slot was 7.30-10.30 there was almost nothing left. Perhaps we were just unlucky!

The location was superb and the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and convenient.

The shower had some problems. Actually the water in the bathroom would not regulate, therefore, if you turned on the sink, the shower scalded you and there was not a lot of cold water. And there was mold in the shower.
